An overall very smooth experience. The staff helped me fill the form as I was a first time visitor and I was seen by the doctor at the exact time of my appointment without any delay. The doctor explained the problem with my eye clearly and patiently answered every question I had. In fact, the clinic followed up with me to check if the treatment was initiated by me and if I had any relief from the pain. I visited doctor Sonali as my eye was infected with Conjunctivitis. What I liked the most about her was the way she explains what has happened and how will the medicines/treatment work. This helps the patient have lot more faith in the treatment and clear all the doubts.
