I would like to share my feedback about Dr. Devyani Katti, a counseling psychologist whom I recently visited for help with depression and anxiety. From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt a strong sense of support and understanding.

Supriti Dixit is a one-of-a-kind nutritionist! She portrays a high level of professionalism and sincerity in every task she undertakes. I had the pleasure of meeting Supriti Dixit this winter when I contacted her for nutrition and weight loss counseling. Throughout my lifetime, I was always struggling with my health issues because of my increased weight, obesity, and anxiety. I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. She understood all my concerns, she was very easy to talk to and very soft-spoken and provided so many helpful tips. With her program, I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Even in the first 2 weeks I had lost around 2.5 kgs and observed lots of changes in my lifestyle. About her diet program, she provides a variety of options with recipes and those ingredients are easily available in the local market. Her diet programs are very simple to follow. To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost 10 kg weight in the last 2 months and continue to lose more. I was a bit hesitant before starting my weight loss journey as there were many options available and I did not know whom to chose, I went with supriti ma'am by the reviews I had seen on google and the upvotes and I must tell I was definitely not disappointed. Supriti ma'am is a one of a kind.She's a dietician cum friend. I had tried all types of solutions in the past but failed miserably. the first session was very informative and ma'am explained the whole process to the fullest with proper examples and extra tips and gave me the diet plan without giving me any false hopes and goals. The diet plan wasn't very hard to follow, it had some changes in my existing lifestyle and certain modifications so that I did not find it difficult as it was totally personalized to my routine with some necessary basic exercises. The diet plan had plenty of option to choose from so I did not have to forcefully just eat one thing every day. Supriti ma'am focuses on every tiny bit of the schedule and routine and plans accordingly. The diet did not have any fancy food items, it was very easy to make the food items on our own and it wasn't even any type of crash diet, Madam completely dedicates a whole hour for the patient and totally explains the plan. ***** **** *********** *** ** * ****** ** *** ****** she's just a call or text away if you face any problem ar some query related to the plan, she sends you informational videos and tasty recipes. She's keeps track of the progress of every individual patient and understands the patient totally.

I lost close to 7 kgs in a cumulative 2 months time. I am still in the process as I have to achieve my target goal. I can't thank supriti ma'am for her dedication and her thorough help throughout my journey and am excited and motivated for the further journey too!!

And even in this time where everything is shut down due to covid-19, I still had my appointment with ma'am yesterday on the phone and got my new diet plan explained on the phone itself after that she shared the pdf of the plan too for me to follow.

I visited Dr.Supriti for my chronic PMS symptoms along with lack of energy, acidity issues and weakness. Dr.Supriti did a detailed analysis of my lifestyle focusing on all the minute details related to my work timings, travel time , eating habits and so on. She worked out diet and exercise plan for me with all factors in mind which will enable me to follow the plan easily. From the first month itself I saw a huge difference in the way I went through my PMS ( As if it never existed). My acidity almost disappeared, I would get frequent headaches because of the acidity and now I hardly have them. I lost almost 3 kgs along with overall health improvement.
