Me and my wife were in the mid 80s for the past couple of years owing to our lifestyle. We have been trying to reduce our weight by joining gym, doing exercise intermittent fasting but to no avail. We couldn't reduce even 1 kg. We then googled and found Dr Sajida who was also nearer to our location. Though she has less experience compared to many other dieticians/nutritionist, her counselling session and guidance have helped us lose almost 7 kgs in 2 months and we are continuing to lose as the tenure is still left. She takes into account various factors, issues we might have and suggests diet based upon that(veg/non-veg both). The hardest part is commitment and staying true to yourself while following the diet. We got cravings to eat something from outside and we controlled as much as we can. In some cases we ate outside food like pizza, burger and we informed Dr Sajida ad she gave the detox diet to be followed.
