Did not even explain how critical my mom was, went to Thane when her health improved little and didn’t see patient for more than 10hours which led to detoriation of her health and we lost her.

Dr hardik is very humble, polite and soft spoken. Very punctual with appointments. Doesn't rush with his treatment and explains everything in detail. Considers cost of treatment as well and Prescribes minimum medicines. My brother has recovered extremely well under his treatment. He always attends call and doesn't avoid patient treatment offline as well.he gives morale support to help patient recover and builds that confidence of trust.
