Dr. Devika Chopra always ensured we had a smooth Delivery surgery with regular Pre and post regular follow-up. Dr. Devika was extremely gentle and friendly during my examination. She gave a complete explanation for my tests and treatment. She is very patient and answers every query in detail . Anyone who consults her is in safe hands. I'm glad my friend recommended her to me.

My medical history was not asked. i was told that all this cannot be done on a video call. But they have charged me as per the clinic charges itself. secondly if i am bleeding what will an in person visit help. so what is it that can't be done on a video call. despite explaining i am not near the clinic, there was a cold approach of giving tablets only. no concerns of my weight, past history, cysts were asked. it was only me probbing and the doctor answering in a very cold attitude. first time call was cut saying emergency of pregnant person. second time the doctor was talking to someone else parallely in the call. u can review the call as well. Highly disappointed of such a cold and callous attitude. If nothing, atleast hear the patients concern. i understand you are a doctor and may think it is trivial, but have some empathy for the patient and give a listening hear to the issues. A hurried call of barely five minutes is not helpful in any way
