I had started with GERD like symptoms back in 2017, though the treatment of gerd did help to treat acidity and bloating but I developed breathlessness and that didn't seem to subside. My then doctor advised it could be panic attack. We did visit a psychiatrist then but to no avail. Then we went to lung function test sleep test and series of test all coming out clear. And all 8 doctors and given me anxiety related medicines
With the covid situation it just became worse. I decided I needed proper psychiatrist treatment and while Googling I came across Dr Mohit Shah and it was a blessing
He patiently heard all my past history and was so confident of the treatment I needed and within a month of his treatment i was not only out of my anxiety but instead very confident and ready to face job interviews.
In my last visit Dr Mohit Shah explained us that gastric problems, headaches, sleeplessness need not be physical. It may have deep down psychiatric conditions. And I am an example of this. Thanks a ton for your treatment I am a back to my confident self which I never thought would be reality.

I have visited Dr Gaurav 7 to 8 times over last 2 years and he has been very supportive to listen to all my problems and did right medication for me and my problem was almost under good control. I have a excellent experience with Dr Gaurav! During my first visit he took almost 45 min to discuss the issue and given minimal medicine! I have started that and result was excellent! The first and the most important step towards improving is recognising that something is going wrong and seeking help without hesitation. I was a person who was asleep the minute she crashed on to her bed. But suddenly I started having sleeping issues and had lost interest in doing anything.
