She is very thorough and sincere in her work. At one point during root canal she called a senior orthosurgeon for his opnion as my tooth n related nerves anatomy is a bit different.

She is calm and confident in her approach. Not to forget very very skilled in her work. I was never put in discomfort throughout my entire treatment. I am so so scared of going to dentists. But meeting her took the fear out of me. She does the treatment at a very comfortable pace. No unnecessary hurrying or pushing for unwanted procedures. Her hand are so soft that you will not even feel the injection prick. Her clinic is clean and the equipments and the treatment tools are uptodate. She will explain you the process step by step so that you are prepared. I had opted for zirconia tooth cap having international warranty of 10 yrs which may be useful for me as i stay in 🇨🇦.

Henceforth, I am gonna send my family for their dental treatments to her only.

The dentist Prachi is not only excellent at the treatment but also a wonderful person. I took my son for dental treatment with a lot of fear and anxiety about the entire process, but to my surprise everything went very smoothly. The doctor bonded very well with my son and made him feel comfortable throughout the treatment. My son and the doctor kept a countdown system for when to start and when to take small breaks, which made the whole process much easier for my child.

The clinic was very clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The staff members were polite, supportive, and knew their job very well. Their calm and caring approach made us feel relaxed and confident. I got my mom's root canal & dad's dentures made at her clinic. For my dad's denture, I thought that it would be like we got it made and now fix it, but to my surprise, it was not. When the dentures were ready, she checked if they fitted on the jaws or not, did my father experienced any pain or discomfort and made sure that my dad was satisfied. She also followed up concerning dentures. And about my mom, she has sensitive teeth and gums, but the way she did the root canal procedure, my mom did not feel any pain. I went to Dr. Prachi Shah for teeth straightening by conventional braces and I got the best advice from her for the whole process. Even though my treatment went for a long time they had monthly checkups for the entire teeth straightening and kept a close eye on my progress. Dr. Prachi Shah was very polite and friendly and completed root canals and crown fittings of 7 teeth in around 2 weeks, which was pretty impressive. Felt a bit of pain when when she first started the procedure but she adjusted her style so that i feel less pain. The only drawback was the Caps took longer than expected to come, Otherwise it the treatment was professional and well done.
