"I was very fortunate to have seen Dr. Mohit Saraogi and Dr.Roopa Prasad for my reproductive fertility journey. On my initial visits, Dr Roopa Prasad was incredibly thorough and detailed and I felt so confident is continuing my care with her. Dr. Mohit Saraogi made our miracle baby come true! He is truly understanding and empathetic to infertility which is truly appreciated. He explained a lot to me and answered all my questions/ concerns. I appreciate his honesty, and his big heart. The best part of Dr Mohit was , he personally gives times and attends all his patients . Even if we have any query , he was on time to answer our doubts through messages or WhatsApp. Staff members were always very friendly and very supportive . I highly recommend Saraogi Hospital, Malad to everyone who is having any issues related to Fertility . If you’re looking for the absolute best care for IVF, I highly recommend Dr. Tejaswita Hande & Dr. Mohit Saraigi from SARAIGI HOSPITAL. They are excellent in every way. And so is every single one of Receptionists, nurses and the staff. They are all extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. They care so much about each patient individually and about their outcome. Dr. Tejaswita & Dr. Mohit are not like any other doctor I’ve ever met. They genuinely cares for every patient’s outcome and for each person’s well-being. They has done everything in their power to make sure that I would get the best outcome from my treatment. They are extremely knowledgeable in this field. They are so careful in assessing the entire woman’s health that they does not miss any details that may compromise the outcome. I’ve spent about 2months so far at this clinic and at every single visit I’ve felt cared for by all the staff, especially Dr. Tejaswita. She always takes her time to explain everything despite how busy the practice may get. **** *** ******* ** *** ******* ****** they took Rs.1000/- from me as a booking amount for a deluxe room and at the time of admission they allotted the same room to someone else without informing and kept us waiting till evening 5 PM for the same room, yet charged us the same tariff for the deluxe room. When spoken with the receptionist she spoke with with the Dr yet nothing could be done. Also we were told that the tariff would be for a 3 night stay at the hospital and suddenly after the second night the Dr informs us that we will be discharged as they have too much rush and patients waiting in line. This is bad treatment by a hospital ever.
