I took appointment on 17/11/2018 inn the morning 7am again confirm with the recipstionst she said come at 12.30 i reached thr on time thn she said u hv to wait i said okk. i wait atlest 3hr so many times i said to recipstnsttht its an emergncy she spoke to dr. But dr. Also said u hv to wait vry bad managment and dnt care about patients.
U hv to take an appoinment bfor 10 to 15 days. So, i scold her u hv to explain ths thing on phone tht if ur coming so come and wait atlest 3 to 4 hr whtr if its an emergncy.
Vry ugly managment. Appoinment means it confirms tht dr. Is availble its not a rervtion train to book ur seat. even waiting list came befor thm they entertin the appoinmnt one not even emergncy one
