Our first conversation with Ms Komal for an appointment which was recommended by our friend made us feel this was the right place, the welcome gesture by Ms Mildred her enthusiasm and passion to serve the patients going about her routine filling up the forms and attending to query is amazing.

You cannot go wrong as he explained all the details as this clinic was our second option, it is very difficult to convey me as i have multiple health issues, Dr Ashar advised me to be cool and calm and i adhere to his words.

It was nice experience at this clinic , all the staffs were helpful and supportive. Doctor had made proper examination twice and was nice to talk with and understand. Results in eye pain are also appreciable. Cost is reasonable and less compared to other eye clinic in the city. The clinic staff and Doctor is doing really a great job for the society. I would have been a bit more confidant, happy, focused, had I met the doctor on the very first day. I came here basically because it was closest to my house, recommended by my Insurance co, and finally advised by my friend, whose mom is a patient here, and the Dr has an eye OT.

Well any my parameters were checked, explained, by all assistants about the operation, and all efforts were done to make me comfortable during and after the operation.

Once I was called for test by optician, I explained him about my previous eye check up at a clinic of my native place and at Lenskart facility on the same day. My eye number are cylindrical and they vary significantly when checked by machine and when checked manually, I explained this to him but the optician did not gave any attention and now I'm in dilemma that which numbers should I use to make my glasses because my test at lenskart facility was satisfactory but in mumbai eye care I felt that the optician was in hurry while testing the eyes.
