I recently had the opportunity to undergo hand surgery at Roots Hospital in Chembur, under the care of Dr. Samuya Shetty, and I am extremely impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Shetty was highly professional, skilled, and attentive, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the procedure.

The staff at Roots Hospital was exceptional, with a special mention to Uma Ma'am and Sakshi Ma'am. They were both incredibly cooperative, supportive, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Their friendly and caring approach made the entire process much smoother.

One of the highlights of my visit was the efficient system in place there was no long waiting period for patients, which made the entire experience stress-free. The hospital itself was very clean, with high hygiene standards maintained in every area, which added to my confidence and comfort during my visit.

1. I had an Tinea Corporis for more than a year long period. After consulting Dr Soumya within 3 months the recovery was 100%. Although i couldn’t understand why doctor was prescribing same composition of medicine but different brand on every visit. Yes but she is quite good in diagnosis.

2. In a second instance my 3 year son was developing a hyperpigmentation below his right eye. I consulted doctor that was cured in7 days of treatment. Very good dermatologist in Chembur area . Long waiting periods due to large numbers of patients for Skin and hair treatments . I strongly suggest Dr Soumya for skin diseases.

Dr. Saumya Shetty listens carefully and mindfully to the patient and their problems and then gently guides them accordingly. She is very polite and understanding in nature- something that every patient expects from their doctor. The treatment given for hair patches has been highly effective with visible results in a few sessions. She also guided me about what I should include in my diet, so that I can not only solve my hair issue faster but also build a better lifestyle.

Aftr my delivry Ws suffering with extreme hair fall ...I got d reference from one of my frnds ...as I am in Kerala so couldn't able to visit her personally so, optd for online consultation Bfor talking wid d dr ws nt sure abt d treatment but aftr talking wid d dr I got hope frm her frndly way of consulting nd at d first visit itself her recommended medicine workd like miracles to me ....hairfall strtd decreasing ...now it's like 50%-60% only am vry happy nd surely recommend her to my near nd dear one.
