Dr. Manish Garg was referred to us by Dr. Sushil Kumbhat who was Cardiac doctor for my mother. He suggested that instead of BMV, MVR was a better option taking into account the health and age of my mother. In the entire treatment I had one bad experience. The surgery was conducted on 10th April, 2023 in the evening and then shifted to the ICCU. I was in the ICCU for three days, However, not even a single day the doctor visited me, though I was under the expret supervision of his staff. After a major surgery like CABG, a visit by the doctor on the next day , when the patient is still in trauma, to check the well being of the patient, gives immense confidence and happiness to the patient, which in turn will speedup the recovery. The doctor visited me only after I was shifted to the General Ward, i.e. on the 4th day.

This note should not be treated as a complaint, but only as a humble suggestion that a visit by the doctor and a few words of assurance will help the patient to come out of the difficult period of his life.

It was supposed to be a video consultation, but the doctor never did one, she called me instead. The whole consultation was wrapped up in 6 minutes, where she didn't let me explain my symptoms in details, rather she kept interrupting me so she could wrap up the appointment quickly. She didn share any diagnosis and abruptly cut the call. The precription she wrote consists of 9 medicines and 2 of which are for the same purpose. This was a very disappointing experience.
