A lovely experience, felt a substantial reduction in pain from the first day itself. My physiotherapist was Sanjana Ghelani - she explains the issue carefully and in detail, demonstrates exercises thoroughly, expertly soothes pain and releases seized-up muscles during the visit, and even suggests stretches and easy lifestyle changes to avoid future pain. I thought I could possible have to go for surgery for chronic back pain but Active Care solved my issue with only physical therapy. I feel good and am extremely happy.

I have had issue with muscle tightness and mis alignment. Dr Sanjana has been quite instrumental in helping me release the tightness and also share the exercises which can be done from home. She has been very helpful in making me understand the do n donts given my daily lifestyle habits. The good part is not just the in-clinic activities but the exercises/stretches are shared so one can practise them at home too for longer duration.

My overall experience has been fantastic and the entire team is very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend to anyone!!
