I did see my reviews about “high treatment cost”. I felt that the treatment cost was just right, but for people who genuinely felt it was high, remember that quality comes with a price. :)
One area of improvement (actually more of a suggestion): I see that the doctor's clinic responds to negative feedback / criticism, which is great. I would also love to see the doctor acknowledge/respond-to positive feedback too. It'll help strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. :)

**** ****** ** *** ** *** ******* *** *** ********* ***** ******* ****** ******** * **** **** ***** ******** **** ****** ***** ** * ****** **** * ***** *********** * *** ** ****** ******* ** ********** ** ******** ***** ***** **** **** * *** On my first visit - The diagnosis was done by a junior doctor *** *** ********** No X-rays taken upon asking - She only insisted on scaling which costs 3200 as a solution to bleeding gums which I felt was pretty obnoxious. Instead of understanding the problem, she went with only one solution. I had to disagree and ask for a senior doctor
- The second time I came there - I had to wait for 1 hr for Dr. Phulwar to arrive. After the long wait, I was quoted 4k per session of curettage and was told I will need 2-3. After taking 2 sessions I paid 12k thinking I’ll need 3. The doctor went missing for 10 days and handed over the treatment to a junior doctor do it. I simply refused it. Later on - they say we don’t do refunds ** ****** **** *** **** **** ******* ** ****** ***** *** ****** It’s not our problem. I was constraint on time so I couldn’t go and get the treatment done- the money is still pending.
- Root canal - the cost here varies a lot *** **** *** *****. I was told it’s 8500 but then they say it needs a permanent filling for 2500 on top of that. Cap is extra upto 17k for ceramic. What world are we living in that root canal cost upward of 30k ?

My first visit to Dr. Reshma was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Reshma took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. Thankyou each and every one
