I visited the Doctor for my daughter who is having skin problem since 4 to 5 years. Before knowing about Dr. Khatuja I have consulted many doctors for her treatment but no one was able to cure her problem. But since we consulted Dr. Khatuja I can see visible improvement in my daughter's case and she is very happy now. I had an allergy in my right foot so I booked an appointment through practo. I stay in the Netherlands and here getting appointments for doctors takes time hence I booked an online video consultation. At the time of the appointment the doctor dint even answered my video call ...inspire of messaging him so many times I dint recieved any callback. I just received a message five hours later asking for my query on a message...to which I replied my query and he said he will call me next day. And again there was a 'no show' for the doctor ... I was again disappointed the second time , this time not even responding to my messages. I will attach the screenshots as a proof below. I can understand if a doctor is busy ...but for two days without even acknowledging my query, you can't justify that.

Very friendly, explains issue in details. Long time had an issue which is fixed in very short time. Thankful. Recommended .
