She also often cut me off while I was speaking, and often it was when I was about to say something that was very important to me, which made me feel like I was just ranting and my issues were not real. When she did cut me off, it was to invalidate my experiences. Basics of counseling is not followed. *** ***** *** ********** **** ** *** * ** *** ******** **** * *** *** *** ******* ****** * ***** *** ******* ****** ******* **** ***** ** ****** *** ******** I saw the good ratings and approached this clinic to understand myself better but it was like spending 3.5k in just 2 sessions only to be told to start working out. If I only wanted to get better by medicines, I wouldn't have come here. And no counselor/therapist would say 'No you listen to me first' when the client is trying to say something. ****** **** *** ****** ** *********** This is my honest review. Peace :)

I’ve had stress concerns for a considerable period of time. Nipa ma’am helped me firstly understand the issues in a structured and transparent manner, and guided me with step by step interventions. Following them and consistent check-ins and guidance from Nipa ma’am has truly helped. I indeed feel more relaxed and clear in thought, and I’m able to manage my emotions better than where I was earlier. May thanks to Nipa ma’am for her consistent, structured and transparent guidance.

When I first met Nipa, i was clueless about what I was feeling. Nipa was patient enough to make explain my condition. I got a better clarity about myself and how to not get overwhelmed at petty issues. She's scolded me when I was wrong and supported me when I was right. It is always comfortable to talk to her. She helped me see things clearly and made me understand for the fact that we're all humans and sometimes it's okay not to be okay. Forgiving yourself and loving yourself is equally important.I have a long road to recovery but with Nipa's help I feel I'm in the right direction. And most of all it's okay to be where you are and there's no rush to get into things that doesn't make you happy. I can finally be okay with who I am and now think of myself as an important person rather than just somebody. Mental illness is no joke and it's takes skill, patience and empathy to handle patients and treat them and i was happy I chose her for my wellbeing. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance regarding any psychological problem.

*** ***** **** *** **** ********** ** ****** *** ************* ******* ***** ** *** ********* ******* ** **** ******** we both husband & wife visited recently as my wife is suffering from continuous negative thoughts and undergoing treatment with well know psychologist. But to help her mind healing we though we would go for additional mind healing treatment.

****** ***** ******* ** ** ******** **** *** *** *** ********* ** *** ******* ***** ******* ********** ** she was breaking the link and attending her personal phone calls at regular intervals.

after hearing our problem, she bluntly said i can not treat such patient and advice us to discuss with existing dr to change her medicine dose and revert back to her after 7 days.

she took fees just to hear our problem & again asked us to contact her again after 7 days even though she said earlier she can not treat such patient.

Not pleasant experience

The key problem I was getting help was for the anxiety that I kept feeling at my work place. Dr. Nipa helped me realise the problems that I had and my psychological condition and then helped me focus on the key areas that would allow me to overcome the same. The good part of the overall journey was that the thrust on usage of any medicines was limited and more focus was on being able to accept the issues and be comfortable with taking the steps to resolving them. Have managed to overcome anxiety issues and in any stress situation , I am beginning to see expressing myself better and with positivity.

I enrolled myself for therapy at a pretty bad point in life. Nipa primarily understand where i was coming from and helped me untangle certain things.

The blend between hearing me out and sometimes helping me guide my thought process and then helping me avoid going into a downward spiral or a circle of repetitive thoughts was something i benefited a lot from.

I also appreciated the fact that Nipa helped me traverse through my different interpersonal issues and reduced the frequency of therapy as I started getting better.

Ms. Nipa is very approachable, easy to talk to and very friendly. You will immediately get comfortable and will be able to open up about your concerns easily. I definitely will recommend her.

Dr nipa was immediately able to identify my mental illness and the treatment has brought about a massive improvement in my behaviour and my mental health from the medication to the follow up has brought an immense improvement in me and has brought the change I was expecting

Doctor was always there for me and proactively took steps to help me. She has been friendly and explained me about the health issue.
