I booked the appointment with Dr Sagar Barkade, and practo promised that Doctor will be same. However, he did not see my doctor, rather he advised a lady to see my daughter. I was not sure, if the lady treating was a certified person or not, what were her qualification. I booked the appointment and was ready to pay ₹700/- seeing qualifications of Dr Sagar, not for the lady treated my daughter. If this is the case, the doctor should clearly write on practo that treating doctor will be different. People go to the clinic based on the doctors qualifications. I am also shocked that this happened despite my booking from Practo.

The Doctor is quite Nice. He check up the overall and Advise the treatment necessary.
I had been for Root Canal and he started with the process and it was great. I felt no pain while tbe treatment was going. It was very comfortable.
