I visited Gadge sir after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic based on my blood report. Dr. checked my reports and listened to me. He asked me questions about my daily routine and meals. He then explained to me how my food and lifestyle were the main reasons for my pre-diabetic condition. He gave me a glucose meter to measure my blood sugar levels for 2 weeks and asked me to note my food intake during that time. After 2 weeks he showed me how my food impacts my blood sugar. He then helped me understand how I can focus on improving protein in my daily meals. With his guidance I am able to be more in control of my health now and feel much energetic.
