My recent experience was quite disappointing. During the consultation, the doctor seemed preoccupied with other matters, which left me feeling unheard and unattended. I had hoped for a more engaged interaction—where the doctor would take the time to sit down, listen, and clearly explain the necessary details.

While I understand this was a free consultation, that should not compromise the quality of care or the basic courtesy of attentiveness. ************** *** ********* **** *** ********** **** ********* ********* **** ********** **** ******* ******* *****

Another concern was that the person accompanying the patient was asked to wait outside. In many situations, having someone present is important—not only for emotional support but also for understanding the medical advice and next steps clearly. On top of that, the consultation space felt very congested, which added to the overall discomfort.

Additionally, an eye drop was administered for pupil dilation, but there was no explanation offered about its effects, no basic questions about how my vision felt afterward, and no guidance on post-care precautions. This lack of communication is concerning, especially when patient safety is involved.

While I know this feedback may not bring immediate changes, I believe it’s important to voice my concerns in the hope that it contributes to some level of accountability and improvement.

Dr Hemangi Jhaveri is amazing person,She is very caring , genuine,so humble ,very good listener.I m very happy under her guidelines and genuine treatment.Its worth to connect with her ,Highly recommend.

I was hesitant at first but the assurance of the doctor made me feel comfortable. The surgery was a success and I am thankful to the doctor. It was a painless surgery and I would recommend him to all those people who are looking for doing cataract surgery.

They hv no respect towards patients, to talk they asked the patient to leave in between.

I was asked to leave in between because I requested for one therapyist as I’m comfortable with the smse staff. They don’t agree to patients Request
