My recent experience was quite disappointing. During the consultation, the doctor seemed preoccupied with other matters, which left me feeling unheard and unattended. I had hoped for a more engaged interaction—where the doctor would take the time to sit down, listen, and clearly explain the necessary details.

While I understand this was a free consultation, that should not compromise the quality of care or the basic courtesy of attentiveness. ************** *** ********* **** *** ********** **** ********* ********* **** ********** **** ******* ******* *****

Another concern was that the person accompanying the patient was asked to wait outside. In many situations, having someone present is important—not only for emotional support but also for understanding the medical advice and next steps clearly. On top of that, the consultation space felt very congested, which added to the overall discomfort.

Additionally, an eye drop was administered for pupil dilation, but there was no explanation offered about its effects, no basic questions about how my vision felt afterward, and no guidance on post-care precautions. This lack of communication is concerning, especially when patient safety is involved.

While I know this feedback may not bring immediate changes, I believe it’s important to voice my concerns in the hope that it contributes to some level of accountability and improvement.

Dr. Hetal Doshi is one of the most compassionate doctors i have come across. Her knowledge is deep,her diagnosis is on the dot & her treatment is very effective. Her approach is very practical and she puts her patients comfort & ease before all else. I was so calm ,no nervousness ,no anxiety which i generally suffer from at a clinic! Her post treatment care is very reassuring. Thankyou Dr. for a comfortable & successful treatment .

Right from the arrival to the clinic till leaving the whole clinic was so well organized.

Dr Hetal was so professional and explained the procedure in details.

The procedure was handled with utmost care and hygiene,I could not feel any pain during the treatment.

Dr Hetal Doshi madam , the dentist is perfectionist . She is highly meticulous and full of love affection while treating her patients. I feel Divine is working through her hands . I am fortunate enough to have come to know about this wonderful lady doctor .
