1. Rest & avoid putting weight on the affected leg [Use Crutches or Cane recommended]
2. Ice application as much as possible during the first few days after injury.
3. Compression (Crepe) bandage application to reduce the swelling.
4. Elevate the leg above the level of your Hips to drain the swelling whenever possible.
Even a mild sprain takes 1-2 weeks to heal. In case of severe Pain or Swelling, consult your DOCTOR.
