Well here’s a boring but honest answer: Exercise and diet go hand in hand. To ask me to choose what is important/which one is effective or which is easy to implement is like asking a mother to choose the favourite between her two children.

1. The word dieting itself scares us because we don’t consider it as a friend but rather a nightmare. Dieting is the most misunderstood concept, but once it is communicated correctly, this can do wonders in our lives.

2. Eating right, eating often and eating on time is the only way to achieve a dream body/ healthy weight. To be able to eat right and eat are two very important factors for a healthy stomach, coupled with regular exercise.

3. Exercise improves blood circulation, controls our appetite, lowers down our cravings for unhealthy packaged foods, educate us what to avoid and what to eat and above all strengthens our digestive system.

So, exercise controls unnecessary hunger signals and get you on a track of eating right and eating on time. Next time if someone has a debate with you, you have a right logic to explain.
