1.Brushing:

  • Brushing should be done twice daily.

  •  Ask your dentist to help you choose the right mouthwash for you.

4. Diet:

  •  Avoid eating sweets and sticky foods and acidic drinks.         
  • Eat foods that are rich in fibre.               
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables.                      
  • Drink plenty of water.                           
  • Rinse your mouth after every meal


5.Stop bad habits:        

  • Avoid smoking, tobacco chewing.                
  • Avoid alcohol intake.


6.Dental visit:        

  • Visit your dentist regularly for every 6 months.                
  • Dental visit helps you to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
