To maintain favorable environment for kidney , we need to take care of food that we have eat.
1. Eat fiber rich food - food like green vegetables fruits and salads have fiber, which is helpful in clearing intestines and provide water as requested.
2 - Don't take alcohol.
3 -Use other excitatory organs to help kidney, like release sweat through skin by doing regular morning exercise program.
4 - Drink plenty of water.
5 - Exercise of pelvic floor muscle and abdomen area to enhance performance of kidney
6 - Keep lower your blood density level,, blood pressure for optimum function of kidney.
7 - Release sweat - give some work to your other excretory organs like skin to help your kidney by doing regularly.
