The moment we realize that we’re distracted, with out thoughts wandering in various directions, is an important one. While we may tend to become irritable and disconsolate during such instances, we must, on the contrary, take it as a chance to practice patience and be more accepting of our imperfection. Once we’ve acknowledged our wandering thoughts, focusing on our breath might help bring stability to our mind.

Simply practising every day, with consistency, firmness and diligence is what is needed. All the best!
