Ever increasing temperature during summers make it very essential to be hydrated with lots of fluids taken in frequent interval. Proper hydration not only helps general health,it also helps the oral health by maintaining right moisture in the mouth.Adequate salivation is always needed and helps in prevention of cavities and gum problems.

Natural juices like tender coconut, water-melon juices, lemonades and other fresh juices always make good choices for both children and adults.

Carbonated drinks like colas etc should be avoided as much as possible since these due to their added acidity can cause damage to tooth structure like erosion, cavities etc.
