Child Pose or Balasana: This pose is ideal for beginners where a person surrenders to gravity, resulting in relaxation of shoulders, neck back muscles and thighs.

Crocodile pose or Makarasana: This pose stabilizes blood pressure, stimulates the urogenital system and the small intestines by subdued pressure on the abdominal section which in turn activates the digestive processes. Furthermore, the Makarasana clears the breathing tract and helps in alleviating breathing trouble.
