We are living in a busy world . There are times when we feel lost between work, family and expectations of people around us. Mentioned are & things you must not miss out on doing for a healthy mind. 

1) Self Talk : Give yourself 10 minutes before you sleep. Take a recall of your day. Acknowledge the good and the bad things that happened in that day. Notice mistakes and mark them to never repeat them again. Have a positive self talk.

2)Say Thank You & Sorry : Keep a habit of saying Thank You to people who do something for you. Say sorry to those who get hurt or offended by your behaviour or actions. Don't postpone these activities because obligations and guilt become mental burdens.

3)Positive language : What you say happens. Speak only that you would want to live or experience. Avoid negative language. Positive language can work wonders. Appreciate yourself. Take time to notice things that you like or enjoy.

4)Forgive & Forget : Don't cling to people and issues. Lear to forgive and forget others and yourself also. We end up forgiving others but keep condemning ourselves. Be kind to everybody including yourself. 

5)Hobby : Do something that you like everyday for at least 15 minutes. It could be listening to music, painting, any hobby or activity. Each one needs an activity that relaxes them which is not dependent on any other person. Spend this quality time with yourself.
