There is very common saying in modern science that we should have breakfast and lunch like a king and dinner like a beggar, in fact, it is not recommended to have solid after 8 pm, because our digestive tract gets weaker and is not able to burn the entire food

Gymming is a fad nowadays, but people fail to understand that it only works on your physical body. Yoga is a better alternative as it is a boon for the modern day lifestyle. Practise yoga regularly atleast for 30 minutes in the morning.

In the morning when you get up, you can take 1 lemon and boil it in water for 10 minutes. Cut the lemon and squeeze it in the same water and add a pinch of saindhav namak into it and drink that water. After drinking it, just gargle your mouth because lemon has an adverse efffect on tooth enamel. This helps to cleanse the whole system along with tons of other benefits.

Atleast once a month go for relaxing, rejuvenating and detoxifying spa therapies or body massage done with medicated oils, preferably abhyangam followed by a medicated steam.
