1. Aloe vera

Aloe vera is an effective natural remedy for pimples and acne, and reducing excessive oiliness of skin. Regular application of aloe vera also improves skin elasticity and reduces wrinkles and fine lines, and increases the youthfulness of skin.

2. Potatoes

Potatoes are great for skin. It helps as an anti-toxic agent and retains healthy skin. Make a creamy paste out of potatoes, apply it on your skin before you sleep for 30 min and clean it up with lukewarm water to restore good skin.

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek is an extremely common kitchen spice in Asia with immense medicinal value. Rich in Vitamin B3 and Niacin. Fenugreek seeds has been used for ages as a home remedy for treating various ailments. It helps in treating damaged skin cells, promotes the regeneration of new cells and tissues, lightens age spots and pigmentation, wrinkles, fine line and crow's feet on forehead, corner of eyes and lips. Grind a handful of fenugreek seeds to form a thick paste, mix it with a teaspoon of honey and apply on face and neck and wash off with water after 30 minutes.

4. Bananas

Bananas are easily available, cheap and one of the best anti-aging remedy loaded with skin-benefiting nutrients such as potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E. As a complete remedy for all skin problems, bananas helps in hydrating the skin, moisturising the skin, improves collagen production and skin elasticity, fights damage-causing free radicals and oxidative stress to provide flawless and younger looking skin. Mash 2 ripe bananas to a smooth paste, apply it on face and let it stay for 30 minutes.

5. Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent and is a perfect natural remedy for getting rid of tan and sunburn. The citric acid in lemon helps in exfoliating skin, removes dead skin cells and impurities, makes skin smooth, tightens the tissues, increases skin elasticity and provides a younger appearance to the skin. Dab lemon juice on face using cotton and let it stay for 20-30 minutes.

6. Honey

Honey is nature’s best nourishment to most skin problems. It helps to keep skin hydrated, removes dead cells, promotes regeneration of new cells, lightens age spots, pigmentation and scars. Clean your face and apply pure honey on your face in soft circular motion. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.

7. Almonds

Almonds and almond oil and is loaded with nutrients such as vitamin E, iron, zinc, folic acid and oleic acid, making it an active ingredient in beauty and skin care products. It is has powerful antioxidants and helps in preening degeneration of collagen fibres of skin and delay the ageing process of the skin by treating wrinkles and fine lines.

8. Tomato

Tomato is an effective home remedy for face wrinkles. Its daily consumption can tighten skin and gives your skin brightness. You can also apply tomato pulp on your face and neck.

9. Watermelon

Whether you eat watermelon or apply it externally, this amazing fruit can freshen up your skin and make it really smooth. When you apply watermelon on face, leave it for 7-10 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

10. Water

Drink at least 8 glasses of clean and boiled water every day. Drinking water will hydrate your body and face, remove toxins and helps you look healthy and bright.
