The doctor is not punctual and the patients have to wait unnecessarily. Further, even after giving appointments, she at times informs the Hospital that she wont be coming and the patients gain knowledge only upon reaching the hospital.

She is very rude *** ******* **** ***** ********* ** ** *** ** **** ** ********* She literally shouts over phone calls even when the patient calls to ask about why she is not coming to the hospital despite giving appointment.

Secondly if you approach her for the first time directly, she prefers taking appointments at her 2nd hospital ***** ***** which is much much expensive than Spring Meadows ****** ******* *** ************ **** ** *** ***********

Never recommending her to anyone. **** ****** ******* ********** Please re-consider.

I personally find visits to medical professionals quite stressful. This has not been the case with Dr. Helai. I actually look forward to my follow up appointments with Dr. Helai knowing very well that not only will my concerns be heard but also, that I will have my doubts and questions addressed. She has always been patient with me and gone to great lengths to help me understand the status of my health, the interaction and the impact of the medication prescribed -if any. Whenever someone asks me to recommend a gynaecologist, the first name that comes to my mind is Dr. Helai. I know for a fact that regardless of the case, Dr. Helai will make the patient feel at ease and attend to a range of questions.

One of the things that stood out for me was how simple Dr. Helai makes things for me to understand medical terminology and the process of examination. I don't have a medical background but Dr. Helai made the explanations of medical procedures so simple to follow. Moreover, she has always taken the time to address every concern of mine. She has always encouraged me to ask questions as she has told me on different occasions that the patient should be informed about their health so that they have the information to take health related decisions with all essential information available. I really respect that approach. After meeting with Dr. Helai, I have also encouraged my friends and family members to get routine checkup by gynaecologists.

I was infected with Covid-19 during my pregnancy where my gynecologist refused to treat me stating that I should consult a physician. The physician too refused to treat stating that I should consult my gynae. Then I contacted Dr Helai Gupta she treated me during that time without charging me anything and answered my every little query. She always gave prompt responses to my calls & messages. She was extremely caring, supportive and kind and helped me sail through these difficult safely.

My delivery at Spring Meadows Hospital, East of Kailash, New Delhi was an enjoyable experience. This place has the best team of staff. They all were extremely courteous, helpful, compassionate, empathetic and sincere which has exceeded my expectations.

I would very much recommend her & Spring Meadows Hospital to all my friends and family.
