We Visited the doctor in July 2021 for my father's treatment. * ******* **** * *** ***** *** ****** ******** **** *** **** ** ** **t we still decided to give a chance since my father went through a by-pass surgery in the same hospital. I booked a appointment and I was given the slot for 2.30pm. I reached there at 2pm considering the formalities which I might have to fulfill before meeting the doctor. We reached there and paid 2000/- for the consultation and I talked to the guy standing outside the cabin. He prepared my file and asked me to wait. After waiting for 2 hours, I again checked with him if we can meet doctor now to which he replied to wait more. I asked how long will I have to wait, he mentioned to wait for 2 hours more, after waiting for 4 hours at around 6pm, I again checked if we can meet now to which he asked to wait for 3 more hours and said that doctor might be able to meet at 9pm considering the slot provided for 2.30pm. And when we entered the doctor Cabin, he was talking to the patient and after that he went to attached washroom and once he was back, he immediately went outside the cabin and came back after 20-25 mins. Then after waiting for more 20-25 mins in his cabin he finally came back and we thought, he will ask about the problem which the patient is facing. But he hardly care about that and continuously calling people from his multiple phones one after other. He didn't care to see the reports (CT Scan, Ultrasound, Blood reports), didn't talk to patient and advised us to admit the patient and said they will see what can be done in this case. We asked about the problem, which he ignored, we asked about the estimate expenses to which he said he don't know, we asked about the estimated time of admission, to which he replied talk to my assistant. After waiting for 7 hours, we got to meet him. He was there with us for 2-3 odd minutes but in that time, he was continuously on the call. If he receive any call that I understand but he was calling other people from his 2-3 phones which he is carrying.
Also we got my father admitted under his supervision but in 5 days, he never get the chance to visit my father's room although we were paying for his 2 visits each day. I asked the hospital when will he visit my father to which the hospital replied he don't have time to visit each patient. His team is taking care of patient. I paid around 1.2 lakhs in total and we were not told about the problem, we were not told about the treatment which they gave and at last we were not told about the action steps or precautions which we need to take for future.

**** *************** **** ***** ** ******* ******** *** **** ** ***** **** ******* ****** ****** **** ***** ** ******** * ******* *** **** ** ************** ****** ***** We wanted to get a doctor for Diabetes for my father in Delhi NCR as earlier our doctor used to be in another city. We went through a reference and then also it took us 2 weeks to get an appointment. Even after the appointment, we waited for almost an hour.
I took him through my father's medical history and clearly mentioned about a drug that my father took in 2016 which did not suit him. You won't believe that the doctor actually wrote the same medicine. As we couldn't understand his handwriting we only realized it when we came home after buying the medicine. I immediately wrote to Kamal (his assistant) but as expected **** ** ************** ****** *** *** ***** he did not reply at all. I called him the next day and all he did was give me the doctor's number. I kept on calling the doctor for 2-3 days but no response. I even wrote him a message and he only replied to me after 2 days, that too at 6 am in the morning that I can call him at 9am. As I couldn't see the message till that time, I wrote back to him at 9:30am but as expected no response. Finally, on that day he picked up my phone, at 6PM. And obviously, he did not remember anything, I tried explaining him but he was in such a hurry that when I questioned about that medicine he did not have any answer and said that we can give insulin, seriously? is that you would want to go to a doctor for. My father has never taken insulin in the last 20 yrs as he takes care of his diabetes and as per the doctor himself, the tests were not so alarming. Finally when he realized I am not able to understand, he said that he will see the prescription and come back which he never did.
Visited Dr. Kamlender Singh (Dermatologist) For Vitiligo Treatment
Hoped for better:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueValue for money
I first consulted Mr. Kamlender Singh (Dermatologist) in September 2019 at Sir Gangaram Hospital and there after Second Consultation (last week of September 2019) onwards at his Residence Clinic (Preet Vihar) till November 2020 for the Vitiligo treatment of my son and then continued the treatment for 1 Year 5 Months and then Last consulted with him in January 2021.
Treatment by Mr. Kamlender was satisfactory and there was observable improvement in the skin condition of my son but apart from treatment every Patient & its Parent/Guardian will always & certainly desire for a Meaningful, Courteous, Effective & a Well Mannered Consultation from Doctor, but in his case each & every Consultation we had with him we really suffered a lot in the form of Mental Torture & Nervousness and after every Consultation we come out with various Questions still not properly answered by him & various other Questions which we forgot (or) he did not allowed us to ask due to his Irritating & Finicky Nature and Talking sense.
I stopped my son's Vitiligo Treatment from Mr. Kamlender Singh after January 2021 and now we have changed to another Dermatologist because of various concerns & issues about his Behaviour, Mannerism, Talking sense & Nature, which I & my family have faced during Direct Consultations (at SGRH/Residence Clinic) and Tele-Consultations (Whats App Video Call/Telephone Calls) with him, are as follows;
1. His talks are always taunting, fun making, fault-finding and pin-pointing in nature towards us. **** ** *** ***** ** ***** ** ** **** ***** ** ***** ** ** *** ***** ** **** * *** **** ** ** ** ** *** **** ********* ** *** * **** *** ******* ******
For kind information of Mr. Kamlender Singh - I am a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering & MBA Degree holder and my Wife has Graduation degree in B. A and Degree Holder in Animation.
2. He does not give us much time to speak and enquire about the disease. He always says that when he finishes the conversation completely from his side then only we are allowed to speak and when he is done & we are going to ask him something then he is very eager to finish the consultation as soon as possible and get rid of us.
Most of the times he interrupts & objects us and cut our queries in the middle when we ask the same.
3. He tries to and usually answers our doubts & queries by giving unnecessarily & irrelevant examples but on the contrary he should have been simple, clear and straight to the point in his response & treatment.
4. He charge very High Fees and have No Humanity. He increased his Consultation Fees from INR 1,000.00 (for Direct Consultation at his Residence Clinic which he was charging till March 2020) to INR 1,500.00 (for Tele-Consultation on Whats App/Telephone Calls from his Residence Clinic, which he started charging from May 2020) *** **** ******** ** **** ** *** ** *** ******* ***** **** ** ** *** ****** ** *** ****** ********** ********* **** *** ****** ****** *** ***** *** ****** ***** *** ********* *** ** ****** ***** ********* And till today he is charging INR 1,500.00 for Consultations from his Residence Clinic.
5. Most of the time I have felt that his Consultation & Conversation is more of a One-sided and favoring him only and he never listens to us Completely & Properly.
6. During all the Consultations with him since beginning, all the time we have felt very Nervous, Limited, Constrained & Helpless in asking our queries because there was always a Fear in our mind that he may get angry with us if we ask more doubts to him *** ** *** ******* *** ********* ** ** *** ** * ******** * ***** ********* *** **** ** *** ***** ******** **** ******** ******* ***
7. I felt that his Consultation Fees (at his Residence Clinic) before March 2020 i.e INR 1,000.00 and after March 2020 to till today i.e INR 1,500.00 is too high ******* * **** ******** **** ***** *** ** **** ***** ************** ** ***** *** ** ********** ** *** ********* ***** *** ******** ************* ****** **** ** ***** ******* *** ** **** ** ***** ******* *** ****** ** *** ** ********** * *************** **** *** ** ****** **** ********** * ************** *** **** *** ****** ** *** ** ********** *** *** **** ****** ** ***************
8. Once during Tele-Consultation with him in June 2020, I got so much Irritated & Annoyed by his Talking Sense, Ill Mannerism, Taunting talks, Disturbing Nature *** **** *********** ******** ***** without saying anything to him I just walked out in the middle of the same Consultation and told my Wife to continue the rest of Consultation and since that day to till today I have never attended any further Direct Consultations (or) Tele-Consultations with him and thus only my wife used to attend these Consultations.
Just think how it would have been felt inside my Mind & Heart, when a Father is waiting outside Doctor's Cabin & can't attend his child's consultation with the Doctor that too because of two reasons - ******** ****** *** **** **** **** *** *** * ****** *** ******* ** ** ** *** **** *** ********* ** ** *** *** ********* ** ***** *** ******* ** ********** Nature, Talks & Behaviour of the Doctor which is really unbearable.
9. As a Parent/Guardian, I have full right to ask any & every basic, small & genuine doubt/query to the Doctor related to Medical Treatment of my Child and Doctor is Responsible & Liable to answer all my queries in a Polite, Decent, Suitable * ********* *******
10. Some observations about his Residence Clinic ;
a). He lacks the availability of basic facilities for Patients in his Cabin/Room and in the Waiting Areas
b). No Receptionist.
c). Poor condition of Furniture, Seating space, Ceiling Fan/Water Cooler etc in Waiting Area.
Henceforth, in my entire life I will never recommend this Doctor to anybody ** **** ****** ******
Visited Dr. Vivek Mangla (GastroIntestinal Surgeon)
Note:Â This doctor is no longer practicing at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
A true doctorship is all about patient's wellness and family's satisfaction - this is what i have learnt after meeting him. On 28th march 2020 during lockdown my mother got admitted in Sri ganga ram hospital due to severe stomach pain since last 2 days, instead of wasting further time he suggested his team member to go for emergency medications and a USG. After seeing the reports he suggested for a surgery since the stone had already created pus inside the body and thus require a removal to safegaurd further loss. he explained every bit of a surgery and the issues related to her health in a very well manner to me , after which i got relaxed. My mother still remember " aunty ji aap ko nahi rakhna aur aap ghar jao" . during this lockdown i was so confused and had no one around me to guide but he guided to the best. I am really thankful to Dr. Mangla for such a support and hatsoff to professionals like him. Everything is so managed that i need not have to step out for any dressing or stitch removal.

If someone is so close then they should be treated in person, not after keeping the genuine patients waiting. this is not for the first time, I talked to other patients as well, they are also of similar opinion. I am posting this long review just for others to be aware and don't fall for it. It is not about being busy it about priority. this is least order of professionalism from a so called senior perosn. Finally I got a chance by 8pm that too when I started to shout for refunds.
Visited Dr. Ruma Satwik (Obstetrician)
Dr Ruma Satwik's right advice came at just right time for us and just one consultation with her proved very helpful. We were trying for a couple of years, dealing with a relatively low AMH and encountered a couple of chemical pregnancies. Having convinced by other so called IVF specialists in NCR, that we are left with no choice other than IVF. And that too, if we want to give our own eggs a try we should just start the process asap and better if in the same cycle. Now as we were seriously thinking about IVF, that brought us to Gangaram and Dr Ruma Satvik. She gave us ample time, understood our case history in detail and suggested to make some lifestyle changes and try for atleast 6 more months. Being just 30, age was anyways on our side and we felt a little relaxed by her suggestion as it took all urgency and the complexities of IVF take a backseat for the moment. With the stress levels down, thankfully we conceived naturally in another couple of months only. We are now parents to a 10 months old baby and we thank Dr Ruma no less for her genuine guidance.
PS: 1.Being in Noida, we consulted Dr Mamta Sahu in sec 52 and the normal vaginal delivery took place under her supervision in Cloudnine hospital.

Visited Dr. Manish K Gupta (Laparoscopic Surgeon)
If I were to summarize in a single statement, I’d say Dr. Manish is an epitome of knowledge, curiosity, ability to connect, and empathy. This was my first visit to the doctor but second surgery for pilonidal sinus. I had one more than a decade back and till date, I rate that surgery and the recovery period as one of the most awful experiences of my life. So that was one good reason for me to be over scared and over conscious and I really wanted to be sure what different types of surgeries are possible – why or why not? I must confess I’d already consulted few surgeons – both online and offline – but none could put me at ease. That’s why I especially loved how Dr. Manish took his time to patiently explain the condition, reasons, and listen to my concerns. More than anything, I still find it hard to believe that I’ve recovered so quickly this time and rejoined work in less than a week’s time.Furthermore, he advocates strongly for his patients and goes extra mile to ensure smooth experience – from helping secure timely admissions to guiding on insurance formalities. The hospital staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. I genuinely appreciate how Sister Meenakshi Sharma handled the situation with utmost care when I almost broke down on the second day after my surgery.Overall it was a great and smooth experience. Thanks again, Doctor and the entire hospital staff at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
Visited Dr. Manish K Gupta (Laparoscopic Surgeon)
I approached Dr. Manish after a close friend Dr. Animesh Agarwal referred about him very highly, to consult whether to wait further or to remove my Gal Bladder and how to about a fistula formed around 10 months back plus a soft tissue growth removal from my groin. I received good, pragmatic advice about how to go about it and post operative which I am able to use in daily functioning. He was never pursuing me to go for the operations rather than some other i have visited earlier instead he explained the causes, effects and solutions. Dr. Manish's office assistants were also very helpful. He suggested we can go ahead with surgical procedures assuming I can take a gen. anesthesia. Earlier I was considering traveling across the country to my home state for this operations but Dr. Manish's confidence, competence, and support made me trust his expertise and I am glad I did. The surgery was scheduled about a month later (as per my convenience) ; his staff was very helpful. The procedure was absolutely professional and the next day I easily walked out of hospital and currently recovering. The best thing about Dr. Manish is he is approachable, patience and he knows what he is doing. I am grateful to be a patient of Dr. Manish.
