With a vision to provide the utmost level of healthcare to the common man at the most affordable cost, a group of NRI physicians led by Dr. Purshotam Lal (Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Dr. B.C. Roy National awardee), a pioneer of Interventional Cardiology in India, founded Metro Group of Hospitals. The first hospital, Metro Hospitals & Heart Institute (MHHI) was set up at Noida in June 1997. Immediately after foraying into the heart care segment, the multi-specialty wing was started in September 1998, followed by establishing Metro Center for Liver & Digestive Diseases and Metro Center for Respiratory Diseases at multi-specialty wing MHHI. MHHI was followed by Metro Heart Institutes at Meerut (U.P), Faridabad (Haryana), Lajpat Nagar, Patel Nagar and Preet Vihar at Delhi and Metro Hospital & Research Centre at Vadodara.Since 1997, we have helped to enhance the lives of thousands of people who have chosen us for quality healthcare services.We have developed the concept of 'Metro Coronary Screening' whereby an angiography can be done with the use of minimal dye from the arc. The procedure reduces the cost of an angiography. This procedure takes only 5 minutes and the individual can go back to home/work in less than an hour's time. Technological advancements aside, we continue to be a leader in the industry for the personal approach we take with every patient. Our professional team provides exceptional service and employs the highest standards of patient care. On very first meeting she looks very good doctor but when I visit second time to show my MRI and EEG reports after waiting so long she neither responds or call us in her cabin to atleast tell the status and medicines which will go through after this. But really that seems to be very strange for me, although the staff members an others will share their reports with doctors. I really feel bad and decided not to visit again there.

She was very rude *** **** ** ********* ** telling that my father is in a very bad condition and did not even made us comfortable by at least being positive in talking.
She directly asked us to admit my father and advised angiography. When we asked about having CT angiography she said that CT angiography is more dangerous than normal angiography. She made my mother cry and told her.. “ ye drama mat karo yahan par” .
