I am writing about this review of Max Smart super specialty hospital saket delhi
This was my first pregnancy, all was right, so I chose Max Hospital. I did a regular check up with dr bela makhija in saket max smart hospital and in her guidance there was no problem till 37 weeks, infact my water level was low.
In 37 weeks I took the appointment of dr bela makhija on March 15, 2019 and Dr. told me that you should make a last ultra sound
And show us the report
But after the appoinment at 6 o'clock in the evening, I started to feel pain that grew very much till 10 o'clock
Then we showed up in an emergency at Max Smart Hospital from where we were sent to the labor room, at that time the 2 dr was avaialable in the labor room, after checking doctor said that it is normal pain take home and give a paracetamol, Can not admit her
But my family said that we can not take them home in this condition, you admit them or give some pain killer or some injection
But he said that we can not give them anything without admit
Then my family gave me admission and I was given a pain killer, and I was sent for ultrasound, when ultrasound department was called to dr in the labor room that you should come once but after repeated calls dr didnt come , After no ultra sound, I was sent back to the labor room
But my pain was going on increasing, and bleeding had started
And during this time doctor's behavior was unexpected, she was shouting me
Why are you crying so much here and there is more patient even though he himself was speaking loud; sometimes she would beat on the bed and sometimes come near to my face, screams to me and the nurse also told me that do not push otherwise baby will be a problem
But this pain was uncontrolled. When we asked her when regular dr will come, we were told that he can come anytime after 10 o'clock next day
As the time was getting increasing, my pain was increasing, during this time, I heard dr from Dr. Nurse saying this sign her in a paper with this. If something happens to this or her child, then we will not be responsible for it. When i said to dr that I have to go to the washroom, then go to sleep that one side. I do not want to answer back to everything, until my child's morning Heart Beat was greatly reduced by the grace of God dr bela makhija came to the hospital at 8 o'clock. And he promptly referred me to opertaion
8.33 The baby was taken out by cesarean and 2 unit blood was given to me
My child's breathing was very fast
It was kept in nicu for 5 days
Kept in nicu for 5 days
Oxygen given for 5 days
1 day child had to give antibiotics
After this I met Dr bela makhija. He told me that for some reason today it came early, or else the child could have lost his life a little longer
Next day Dr. Bela told me that we have removed those doctors, but was not true
After this, we complained of maxhealth care, after which we were called by Medical Superintendent Dr. Sahar Qureshi, who had 3 doctors from his side and 3 people from our family and those two doctors were not called in that meeting.
Dr. Sehar Qureshi tried his best to save those doctors
Dr Sahar told us that the punishment of those doctors is that they will be given extra duty, more than this we can not take any action against them.
Should such doctors get the enough punishment.

I took my mum there and initially found the doctor to be friendly, but a little while found him to be rude. He asked if my mother is working somewhere and when she said she isn't, he made fun of her that she isn't utilising her time well. We both took it in light humor but it didnt stop there. He then asked where do we stay and when we said Neb Sarai, he made fun of the poor surrounding where we stay. This feedback is for him to realise that he needs to respect all his patients and needs to build some sensitivity towards all. * ***** ** ** ***** ****** **** *** **** * *** ************ ** *** ******* **** ** ******* ** ***** **** *********** ******* ** *** ****** *** *** ****** **********
Even the treatment of ear cleaning wasn't to our satisfaction and in spite of my mum complaining that the other ear hasn't been washed, ** ****** *** **** ***** All for being a award winning doctor whose insensitive jokes we took in good humor. I would not like visit this doctor for my horrible experience and not showing respect to my mother in spite of we qualifying to receive the basic respect as we had payed for that visit with him.

Very negative experience that I have ever had with any doctor.......my wife was taking her consultation from last 6 six months ....the doctor was not able to remember her own given last treatment even after seeing her prescriptions. We ******* **** *** *********** ** *** ********* *** keep going to her because we knew this can take time....last time when we visited she asked for some tests ( which she asked every time we visited her) and told us to send reports on her cell on WhatsApp as she will be out of station for few days....my wife send her reports tried to contact her more than 20 times since then she even not bothered to message us back ..it's been more than 10 days now.....if someone in future come to take my suggestion about her I will definitely say a big No. We were paying the huge amount of fees and tests of Max hospital but never thought of such kind of response.....she kept repeating same treatment and test every month for more than six months ....that is one side she was not able to recall her own given prescriptions....and now this behavior.... she doesn't care about her patients at all

* ***** *** *** **** ***** **** I was referred by one of his relative and honestly, * **** *** **** ****** * **** ************** ******* ************ **** **** I have a swinging scapula and snapping scapula syndrome. This makes my right arm so unproductive and I am under constant pain. Due to this, I cannot even play any sports or continue with Yoga.
His diagnosis: You're born like this naturally, there's nothing can be done. I said I have pain and irritation to which he said, its not medically possible for you to have pain. I asked him that I cannot even do simple Yogasanas (and I'm trained), he said 80% of the world doesn't do it.. I don't understand why you have to do Yoga, even I do not do it.
I asked him that if a sportsperson, a cricketer came to him with the similar problem, would he say the same? He complained to my father (and I am well over 18 years of age) that your son is judgmental and disrespectful, violating the doctor-patient relationship. Spare yourself some money, do not go to him. He is rude **** * **** *** *** ********* *** ********** ******** ** *** *********

I went to this doctor for my first pregnancy. My pregnancy was quite normal and I was very active throughout but I ended up having a C-Sec and also my stitches began bleeding after 2 months. A black layer started forming over my stitches because she didn’t recommend any ointment. I went for my check up after 1 month and she said my stitches are ok - no ointment needed. A week later, they started bleeding. Went to another doctor *** **** ** **** ***** ***** ********* **** ****** *** ***** **** *** **** *** ****** ********* ******* **** ** ***** *** ** **** ****** **** ** **** ** * ************* *** *** **** *** **** ******
At the time of delivery, I was admitted in hospital for 2 days with labour pain and she came to visit me just one hour before my operation. I lost so much blood and fluid ******* * *** *** ******* ******** *** *** **** ******* ********* just once a day they came for my cervical exam.my family (my aunt who is a gyno) had to fight with the staff to get my cervical exams done.
Moreover, I have thyroid and throughout the pregnancy I was monitoring my levels quite diligently and used to give her reports on each visit but she never remembered. A week before my delivery, she asked me if I have Thyroid or diabetics! To add to all this she is extremely rude and doesn’t even answer simple queries on phone. She shouted on my mother in law, when she called her since I was down with fever and cold and was getting very breathless and physician told me to ask gyno before taking any meds. This was around the delivery date so naturally the timings were bothering us but she only shouted and told her to take me to a physician and said its not her field.
Horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend her at all.

Just came from the max clinic . By far the horrific experience. Had me wait for over an hour and when for obvious reasons I was annoyed and asked for a reason his assistant turns back tell me ‘ mujhe se pooch ke aye the kya ‘(did you ask me before coming ) .
No I didn’t particularly ask her but I took the appointment with another nurse and the doctor should have been informed in my knowledge .
I had a phone conformation for the appointment.
If I had to wait then they should told me there is no appointment come between 3 and 6 there will be a waiting period and I would have come prepared .
Just no respect for anyone’s time .
I was so riled up by the interaction with the nurse/assistant that it was pointless to meet the doc after all this . I was in a very annoyed what would be the point of a consolation.

** ****** ** *** **** * **** ******* ****** *** amazing surgeon but at the same time he is very friendly as well towards his patients. He operated on my mother for hip fracture and during the entire course of hospitalization, Dr Ashish made himself available on call and visited her many times...which made this entire process so much more comfortable and provided lot of confidence to her for a speedy recovery at this age of 68 yrs.
With immense gratitude, I wish Dr Taneja lots of success in his profession!

Dr. Ashish gave me ample time to speak about the issues I am facing. However incoherent I sounded, he patiently heard me out, questioned where necessary and gave me extensive answers . It helped me gain clarity and gave me some respite which was missing since long. Also, he helped me chart out a future course of action with proper follow ups and no overloading of medications and tests.
His approach of empathy and making every aspect of my narrative important helped me also put things into the right perspective. It goes a long way in building a bond with a doctor , a person ,you know, you are entrusting your life or the life of your loved ones with.
The straight forward, simplistic yet thoroughly professional approach is what sets Dr. Ashish apart.
Thank you for making a difference with love ,joy ,patience and above all with the insights which help a person trust you and the prescribed treatments.

First meeting with her was great, she made us feel comfortable. **** ****** ******** ***** *** ***** ***** 2nd time, we booked and instead of her, some junior gave the consultation. As a benefit of doubt, i didnt do anything: third time again, my wife consultation was done by that same assistant of Hers, who sit in her cabin. This time when i complaint, she bluntly said, i was having my lunch, so didnt able to come. Also, my wife, as she was pregnant, asks for her number in case of urgency, she clearly said no. Overall, this Dr. Is not at all recommended to anyone. You pay 1000 plus fot this dr. and end up getting the consultantation from her assistant.
