Max Multi Speciality Centre - Panchsheel Park

My back pain was going on for quite a few months and there were times, I could not even stand and brush my teeth for a minute. I had shown to multiple physio therapy clinics and none of them could help beyond a point.

Then I heard of Dr. Sandeep Singh and decided to show him last year in August in his Max hospital Panchseel park. He saw my MRI and I could see the concern on his face. He said, its the last stage of disc bulge. It was a baloon disc. It has a possibility of getting ruptured also. But since i could walk up to him all the way (due to my recent efforts in physio) from Gurgaon to panchsheel, he said, we don't need the surgery today. Most doctors would have scared me and admitted me immediately looking at my MRI.

He said, lets wait and you see if you can manage your life without it. The day you have sever pain, give me a call and we'll do the surgery. Now, spine surgery is very risky. You talk to 100 people and everyone would advise not to get it done. All nerves pass through that and anything could happen.

He made it look so easy. He explained me with an example of a cheese burger and said, we'll slice the extra cheese coming out. That's it. All my stress was gone. I realized, i was in safe hands. I worked out on my muscles for 3 months, but one morning, i could not even getup. I could not see my wife's condition, taking care of a bed ridden person. I decided to go for surgery and called him. We got the ambulance and I could not even sit, the attendants dragged on me a mat, inside the elevator and then into the ambulance. We reached the hospital and from there Dr. took over and got the MRI done and next morning my surgery was done. I was able to walk without pain after 1 whole year. It was magical for me. Next day I was discharged. What more could i ask for! Thank you so much Dr. Sandeep for giving me a new life.

She is very soft and listen to patient and their queries very patiently and carefully . Also adress all the point and concern.

She gives proper time to patient and give times not only in hospital but also assist if in case of queries,over telephone.

Her treatment, approach and behaviour with the patient is so nice that it feels like getting treatment with your family member.

My mother got the cataract surgery of left eye from sharp Sight centre and Dr Kamal did it but it was not successful and she faced lots of issues even after a month… Despite of doing all the follow-up they were repeatedly saying everything is fine there is nothing wrong but she could sense that they is something wrong…. Then I got lucky and I took her to Dr Parul and she did the right eye surgery for cataract and my mother is doing far better With right eye … She has managed to restore her vision so I am very thankful to Dr Parul and her staff and I will highly recommend her

Mr Vaibhav Rohatgi, reached 20mn late (no apology), then spent the entire 7/10 minutes of the Rs 1500 consultation stuck to his computer screen and keyboard taking notes of whatever I was saying (I was siting by his desk, facing the examination table): no eye contact, no physical examination, no auscultation (I visited for nasal and throat infection). Then, without sharing any diagnosis, he printed an endless prescription and read it for me ***** * *** ********** ******* ** ***** *********I left the room extremely confused, and frustrated.

I had been suffering from allergies for more than 8 months before I was referred to Dr Malani. She took time to understand my symptoms, was very comprehensive in taking my history and thereafter explained how allergies work and what the diagnosis and treatment protocol would be. She also conducted my skin prick test. The prescriptions she wrote were clear and detailed. In fact since I live in a different city she was also gracious enough to recommend another doctor to take the treatment ahead.

She was the first doctor I consulted in so many months who diagnosed the problem properly and gave me a lot of time, she also educated me fully about my problem.

It was really very bad experience with us for this doctor. More over we need to travel more than 15 to 20 kilometers for us to reach the hospital and it very difficult for us ** **** ********* *** ** *** ** **** **** ********** *** *** ******** ********* **** ******* ** *****
