I am residing in New Zealand was suffering ear problem for quite sometime. I was under treatment at Auckland but there hardly any improvement. I visited India a fortnight back & met the doctor. She is extremely professional,helful & digonsed my

problem in the first visit itself. I started the treatment given by her. After taking medicine for two week now, I am feeling better. My mother, Mrs Renu Kumar was also operated by her three years back & after the post operation care & treatment she is fine. We are totally impressed with her professional approach, friendly , helpful attitude. More so she is always smiling & cheerful & puts her patients at total ease. We wish her lot of laurels in her professional carrier. Will always recommend her to my relathions & friends.

Dr. Vishal Nigam belongs to that rare and endangered species of doctors who puts his patient at ease and instils a sense of confidence in the patient by his very demeanour. He is very friendly, pleasant, unassuming and confident without being overbearing. He is a very good listener. He takes pains to understand the exact issue and get to the root of the problem. Once he understands the problem, he sets out to explain in detail, in very simple language, the root cause of the problem and the how he intends to treat it so the patient gets well with the barest minimum medicines, as he thinks fit. He does not burden and frighten the patient with a host of tests/check ups which is usually the norm in the present day and time. If that does not work (usually it does work, as I can vouch with my personal experience over the years), he will proceed to the next stage of treatment.

He comes across as a very genuine and empathetic human being. It is extremely important for patients to feel at ease and trust their doctors and Dr. Nigam does exactly that - instil confidence and trust in the patient in his capabilities and genuine intent of helping the patient recover and be healthy again with the barest minimum of medicines, time and expenses.

I would without any hesitation recommend Dr. Nigam to my own loved ones first and foremost (that is the kind of confidence and trust I have in him) and to the general public at large. Doctors like Dr. Nigam are a rarity and it will help the general public to reinforce their faith in the medical community when you have the good fortune to be treated by doctors like him. May the Force be with him and his kind and may his tribe increase manifold!

We visited Dr. Manju on the recommendation of our relative and the experience has been very satisfactory. She is calm and composed, listens patiently and advises without creating any fuss in the patients mind. Neither does she panic nor does she lets the patient panic. Best part is she does not advise any unnecessary medicines, tests or visits - only as and when required. I felt myself in safe hands with her. My both pregnancy and post pregnancy experience has been good with her considering the fact that I had a C-sec delivery. I will always and honestly recommend her to people.

Moolchand is the only hospital we trust because of its doctors. However for pregnancy we were under treatment from a doctor not from this hospital. We decided finally in the 5th month of pregnancy to come to our trusted place, one of the best decisions of my life I guess. But whom to consult, it was a big question. I asked one of my colleague and she referred Dr. Manju. Started with a routine check up for pregnancy. But within a few days we got to know that my wife's uterus was open and the cervix length was down to just 2.2mm. After the ultrasound we were devastated, all hopes were on doctor and of course the almighty. Two days later emergency cerclage was done. Dr. Manju explained how difficult it was to perform the cerclage. After few days we searched on internet about the cervix length and the cerclage, then only we could understand that only a well trained and expert hands could do such cerclage. I think it's one of the shortest cervix length on which cerclage have ever been performed. Not only the expertise she holds as a doctor but the warmth and hope she gives as a person has helped my wife recover the trauma. She is still on bed rest and we are leaving hospital tomorrow after almost 50 days. It was also the doctor's decision to help us decide how long to stay in the hospital and when it will be safer to move home. Our fingers are still crossed but at least we know that we are in safer hands.

I came here this hospital for dental treatment. This hospital comes under HUDCO's panel for cashless payment. My wife is working in HUDCO. *** ****** ****** ******** *** ******** This is very costly treatment. For implant one teeth Rs. 35,000/- She suggest me for three implant. I told Dr. Ankita if my company paid this amount then you start the treatment. This hospital sent for approval for this implant treatment. After approval of the Hudco Company says your are not entitled for this treatment. Company recover the amount from my wife's salary. This is the simple rule if I am not entitled for this treatment. straightway refuse this Bill to hospital. I belongs to middle class family. I cannot afford this treatment. Therefore I request the hospital the balance return to HUDCO. Another way misguide the patient. In the month of September 2017 15,000/- deducted from my wife's salary. At this stage where the patient go. This process is started in the month of March, 2017 till date treatment is pending. Delay caused by Dr. Ankita. Root Canal is successful. I paid the amount for this treatment. Some advance amount is still pending in the hospital cash.

I was feeling every time throughout the day that a lot of air was entering my ear, as a result, my hearing from the right ear was very less. there was a lot of uneasiness in my ear. this problem occurred three years back. I approached Dr Chanchal Pal two years back. after detailed examination & conduct of various test, a cyst was diagnosed in the right ear. The doctor advised operation of the ear for removal of the cyst. I got admitted in Mool Chand Hospital in the march 2015. on the day of my admission, i was operated upon by Dr Chanchal Pal in the afternoon. The operation was successful. I was discharged from the hospital the next day. Subsequently, i had been going regularly for routine check ups. I am perfectly fine now & have problem what so ever. I would like to mention that Dr chanchal Pal is an extremely professional & competent doctor. She is very friendly & makes it a point to ensure that her patients are totally relaxed & do not have any scare of undergoing an operation. She is always smiling & willing to discuss any problem the patient faces. My stay in MoolChand Hosital was also very good & was fully satisfied with the services offered. Care, compassion, honesty and transparency. These are the expectations that a patient has from an ideal doctor and these are the qualities which have unfortunately gone missing. Fortunately there are other doctors and there is Dr. Manju Hotchandani. She is an excellent Doctor and an equally good human being. She has empathy, she is patient and she is really good with her job. She takes her profession seriously and really cares for her patient. I have been going to her for 5 years, my mother in law has gone to her for more than 25 years, in this period she has grown in stature and name but she still remains that fantastic, compassionate Doctor who comforts her patients, cares for them and treats them. I have observed her bring the best news in the lives of expecting mothers and at times deal with the heart breaking news, she is there for her patients at all times, her empathy, care and concern is a constant presence. She is always available for her patients on the phone although she is super busy. She gives you all the time in the world, all your doubts and apprehensions are acknowledged, addressed and dealt with. She is patient and always calm. I have referred many patients to her who were facing difficulty conceiving for years and were misguided by other professionals unfortunately, she helped so many of them, she is an expert in such cases, I have referred around 10 such couples to her and after her treatment they are all happy parents. She is a great Doctor and in this period of growing distrust between patients and their doctors she is a shining example of Medical profession and is a personification of how a good doctor should be. I went to Doctor Manju Hotchandani at Moolchand Hospital with at a very sensitive stage in my pregnancy with my previous gynaecologist telling me that I had a high risk of abortion, but Doctor Manju managed everything with extreme deftness and care and made me sail through my entire term. The expertise , experience and most importantly the concern for her patients that dr Manju brings in her consultations is unmatched. Even at the time of delivery when ultrasounds showed that my baby’s position was transverse she guided us and handled my c section perfectly.
