At the time of billing, we were informed that the waiting time would be around 20 min. After waiting for over 2 hours, a nurse took us to the doctor’s second office on a different floor.

Unfortunately, the consultation itself was very disappointing. We were attended to for less than 5 minutes. The doctor did not review the previous reports, discuss the condition in detail, or carefully go through the prescribed medicines. Dr. Vipul Khera is a top-class orthopaedic surgeon. He successfully performed hip surgery on my 70-year-old father, who has multiple health issues. A true gentleman and highly qualified doctor, I rate him 10/10 and wish him all the best.

I do not recommend Dr. Nishant Verma because when I arrived for my appointment, the doctor was not there.

My experience with Dr. Ajay Dubey was okay, but I was disappointed with the unexpected increase in consultation fees. I am not sure about recommending him yet and will decide after my treatment is completed.

I do not recommend Dr. Pinky Sankhla because after booking the appointment, she was not available at the hospital and her assistant was present instead.

The doctor explained everything properly and my visit was smooth. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pinky Sankhla to others, although I found the service a bit costly. Overall, I would rate my experience a four out of five.
