Doctor Bharat Ratna make my cataract surgery on 26/12/2020. He has magical hands for patients,nice experience

The doctor explained everything very well and I had a very good experience during the consultation. The clinic staff and waiting time were okay, though I felt there were not enough chairs to sit on. Overall, I would rate the experience five out of five, but I am not currently recommending the doctor to others.

The doctor was good and explained everything clearly. I had no issues with the consultation itself. However, the clinic management and staff could be more understanding and accommodating, especially considering I had a small child with me. The waiting time was long, which was difficult with a nine-month-old baby. Overall, the doctor was satisfactory but the management needs improvement in handling patients with young children.

The doctor was good, but the overall experience was very time-consuming. We had to wait for six to seven hours, which is not acceptable especially for elderly patients. The doctor, Dr. Sumit Monga, was very good and had a wonderful manner. He listened to me carefully and understood my concerns. I would rate my experience with him a full five and would definitely recommend him to others. However, the staff at the eye check department were not attentive and did not listen to me properly, which was disappointing.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Harsh Kumar Dubey. He explained everything clearly, and I have full faith in him. The only issue was the long waiting time at the clinic for a field test, but the doctor’s care and attention were excellent. I would definitely recommend him.

I went for an eye test and the doctor clearly explained everything to me. The clinic experience was good with reasonable charges. Overall, I am satisfied with the consultation.

I had my surgery done but I wanted a second opinion on my squint from Dr. Sumit Monga, which I couldn't get during my appointment with him.
