What are source of calcium in vegetables
I am a 29 year old mother of a 4 year old kid. I want to know what is source of calcium in vegetables. I am trying to give my kid good, nutritious food and tell him the goodness of fruits and vegetables. I think I would learn a lot in the process. Can someone help me?

A well balanced  diet that include all food groups .. In this period for proper growth & muscle development requirement is Increased. Like protein, calcium, iron, Vitamin c, vitamin A, Provide him food in variety like milk as shake form. Palak tomato soup, roasted nuts etc.

Hello dear See, Try to give him a balance diet , which  include all the nutrients according to his age not just Ca. Second there are some Minerals and vitamins which hidden in the absorption of Ca in body. Third , do not give Ca in high amount because it can lead other problems. Leafy veggies are good source of calcium. Apart from the broccoli,green peas are too rich source of calcium.
