I am a 29 year old mother of a 4 year old kid. I want to know what is source of calcium in vegetables. I am trying to give my kid good, nutritious food and tell him the goodness of fruits and vegetables. I think I would learn a lot in the process. Can someone help me?

See, Try to give him a balance diet , which include all the nutrients according to his age not just Ca.
Second there are some Minerals and vitamins which hidden in the absorption of Ca in body.
Third , do not give Ca in high amount because it can lead other problems.
