It's for my mother who is 40 years old
It's been more dn 10 years of treatment..now we are so annoyed by the tests and now we stop doing all the tests as every test shows Nothing.. my mother can't eat properly ..she feels hungry but can't eat...she eats only a little food..many doctors many tests bt all in vain... plsss suggest me some diet for her in which she can get more energy in less fruit...and that also doesn't affect her...

Hi As above mentioned if her health is absolutely in pink and her blood reports are all normal..then there may be some or could be some issue relating her physical or psychological..or something...what she has in her mind has to come out completely..try to find out if any reason or cause .. She should be motivated to tell everything outside which is causing her any problem in  eating though appetite is normal.. Please consult any doctor or your family physician for any throat issue or psychological...if any.. Thankyou

well balanced diet, exercises both morning and evening, exposure to sun, enough water intake per day around 8 to 10 glasses or 2 to 3 litres, and most of all try to be outspoken and clarify every doubt whether it's silly or serious for that matter..an dclear her mental blocks.. yes she can have all seasonal fruits, vegetables , leafy greens etc...with daily exercises...

Millets;,barley,wheat,are good with plenty of vegetables,fruits,milk and milk products . Almonds,walnuts,raisins,dates,figs are good healthy nourishers.greengram ,seasonal fruits,plenty of vegetables are healthy too.
