What are source of calcium in fruits
I am a 27 year old male and I have shifted to a much organic way of living. I have given up on supplements and other synthetic foods. I want to know what the sources of calcium are in fruits and which fruits I must consume to get good calcium content. I want to live a healthy, artificial food-free life.

Hello sir, It's good for you &  ur health. Always follow natural things. For calcium take milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu,  almonds, lentils, soyabean, calcium fortified almonds milk &  soy milk
