I am a 23 year old female and I have a calcium deficiency. I am a vegetarian and I am on supplements right now. I want to know what the sources of calcium are for vegetarians and how I can improve my calcium content.

Due to lack of calcium take calcium rich food like spinach, fenugreek, seeds, beans and lentils, almonds, figs, fortified food & fortified. Milk, amaranth leaves, dark green leafy vegetables.
