Hi! It is often said that vegetarians have a difficult time managing protein in their diet. But if you know the sources, it is not so difficult. For vegetarians, the most important source of protein is dairy. It is high biological value protein. So try and have dairy products like skimmed milk, yogurt, paneer etc in your diet. Soyabean and it's products are aloe good sources of proteins. Pulses and lentils in the last since they are not high biological value.
