How much protein daily
How much protein is must daily for a young adult vegetarian and how to get it? Will you please explain that which are different sources which should be added in changing menu of everyday diet. Thank you.

Hi thanks for your query. Protien required gm. per kg.body weight. U v pulses,sprouts, grains whole grains, soya products all dairy products like milk, paneer,cheese, chana,curd,yogurts all similar. there are some vege also v some multivitamins C,E etc.
