Weight Problem
I have weight of 98 KG and Height of 174 CM. I Have go the Gym Regularly Morning and Go for Walking Evening. My weight is not reducing. The weight is same every day. I have avoided the food in night and eat the fruits instead of that. Can you please suggest some methods for reducing weight and the proper Diet Plan

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
