Hi i am 21 year old guy.. My current weight is-64kg and my height is 5,9 ft. I am eating a lot of food still my weight is very less.. Plz suggest me how to put on weight??

Hello! Weight gain with healthier food is more important than just stuffing with unhealthy foods. Small steps can help you achieve big over the time. 1) Eat home cooked 3 meals and 2 snacks every day on regular time. 2) Eat at least 3-4 servings of fresh fruits every day 3) Replace soda, juices and alcoholic drinks with plane water 4) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day 5) Get 7-8 hours of good night sleep 6) Have enough plant based proteins in diet like lentils, pulses, and sprouts These small changes will help you gain more lean muscle mass and not just the weight. You need to increase around 10 kg , Tell me about your daily routine, eating pattern and lifestyle, any other health related issues.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 69 kg.take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc to gain healthy weight.
