Avoid junk food, fried food
Start 30-45 minutes brisk walk
Use less oil,les sugar
Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.
To increase homoglobin you need to consume the iron rich foods and Vitamin B12 rich foods and folate rich foods.
