Before marriage i was 59 however soon after marriage i have put on almost 7kgs in just 2-3months. Hence i am experiencing immense back ache, neck ache and foot pain. Due to sedentary lifestyle i have chosen swimming as part of trying to be fit and also i love it too.! Though i am eating right and almost 2-3hours gap, still not able to lose weight what is used to do before marriage. Unable to identify root cause of it. ! Due to this weight gain i have feleing very unfit, lethargic and sleepy.hence need a dietician who can assist me for my weight loss.
