Weight loss program
Hi I m Nishtha and I am 26 yrs old and my weight is 78kg and want a diet chart to reduce the weight without any exercise. Because of my working lifestyle, I am not able to do any single exercise at home. So please suggest to me some method of weight loss by diet only. Also, I tried to join a gym but in one month I got a covid positive hence I left my gym. But after covid, my body becomes so weak even my holding power becomes weak..so I am not able to join a gym again.
