Need more details about your daily routine, height, weight and medical history. Maintain your healthy routine. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day . Avoid junk and fried food. Develop good habits like have at least 2 cup of green tea in a day and maintain you meal gaps. Avoid prolonged meal gap. Do your body analysis and get better results. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Eat small frequent meals. After every 2 -3 hours Exercise daily for an hour Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Drink approx. 3 l water daily Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
